"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I have noted that if farmers get fertilizer on time in my constituency, it is the best thing to happen. My question to the Cabinet Secretary is that, instead of considering the agrovets and vetting them so as to establish their integrity levels, why can you not use the existing offices of the National Government Administrative Officers (NGAO) including the Deputy County Commissioner (DCC)? I am saying this because I have seen them distribute relief food. They bring us on board, and we get the relief food to the vulnerable and those it is supposed to get to. Why can you not use that infrastructure because it exists and works? Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
