As you give him more time, I want him also to appreciate that those air ambulances may be more necessary in the border areas like Mandera and Turkana. They are not only meant for the people, but also the security forces that are usually engaged in combat. At one time, I had to travel in a police helicopter with a police officer who was injured in combat, and the fellow was just in pain throughout. Is it in order for the Government not to take care of its forces, especially now when we are engaged in a war?"
