    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. The list that is being used currently was written in 2016. Seven years down the line, the senior citizens who have attained 70 years of age have not received a penny. It will be important to automate and backdate the system. If you look at the teachers who retired from 2004, you will find that the Government has tried to backdate for those who did not receive increment from that year. It will be very unfair to have people who have missed out from the register for seven years, when constitutionally, they deserve to be in the list, and compensated for the years lost. Hon. Deputy Speaker, that is my follow up question. I wish that can be taken into consideration because those are our senior citizens. Most of them are at the chronic ailment stage or what is referred as medical body in science. It will be nice if we can factor that.
