"content": " Thank you, Hon Speaker and Waziri. Going by what I see in my constituency, I have reservations on the number that the Cabinet Secretary has indicated, that one of 300,000. In every small gathering in my constituency, there are very many people who are not enlisted in this programme. I wish to ask the CS to explain to this House whether you have accurate numbers of senior citizens who have not been registered. Also, the number of people living with disabilities who should be enlisted in this programme. Lastly, now that there is a Presidential directive that you upscale the number to 500,000 beneficiaries, is there a budget for the same, or is it just a directive? Thank you."
