"content": "Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I would also like to thank Hon. Jane from Kirinyaga County. With regard to the first Question, the response is as follows. The Inua Jamii Cash Transfer Programme operations are supported by a Consolidated Cash Transfer Management Information System (CCT-MIS) which holds beneficiary data and automates various functions. Beneficiary updates are initiated at the community level with support of Beneficiary Welfare Committees (BWCs) at the location level on a continuous basis. Using the case management form, the BWCs capture relevant beneficiary information that requires to be updated using prescribed forms and forwarded to the Ministry Programme officers at sub-county levels, who then capture it in the CCT-MIS Update Module for subsequent approval by the headquarter office. Sometimes the reporting by BWCs delays timely updates."
