The concern I want to raise is that, in view of the fact that we come from ASAL areas, when there are these kinds of delays, we need some mechanisms to be put in place to see how we can cushion our people. Some of them have lost their lives as a result of the delay. That is why I asked that supplementary question. What the Cabinet Secretary is doing is tremendous. We appreciate."
