Temporary Speaker, I beg to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection the following question: Could the Cabinet Secretary– (a) State the measures put in place by the Ministry, including specific initiatives and programmes implemented, to tackle the issue of unemployment among the youth in Keiyo South Constituency. (b) Elaborate any policies, regulations or support systems in place to ensure fair treatment, conducive working conditions and access to social benefits for workers operating in the informal sector? (c) Provide the status of social protection programmes in Keiyo South Constituency, particularly the type of support provided, the number of beneficiaries, and any planned enhancements or expansions for these programmes?"
