    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker and the Member of Parliament for Migori. I hear you. We have cases where parents die leaving their children orphaned. There are people who run after the children. As a Ministry, we have a children’s officer within every sub-county. It is good to notify such officers so that they can protect those children. The Children’s Act provides for protection of children. We will assist through those officers on the ground because they know the rights of children. The matter can also be reported to the nearest police station. Government officers know the rights of children. Children need to be protected."
