    "content": "I would, therefore, request our Commissioners in the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) to make case for the need for Senate to do its job properly. We cannot do our jobs properly if that oversight is merely dependent on what we do in these chambers. We should be able to move to the counties to look at what is happening. The other day, the Committee on Devolution and Inter-Governmental Relations went to Kajiado to look at a project on a market, which petitioners had raised concerns about it and we have made recommendations that will guide not just Kajiado County, but other counties on what we have seen."
