However, if he listened to me carefully, I said that as a Senate, if we are given an opportunity to get more money for our counties, let us go for that option. He is talking about Kshs385 billion which was an increase of Kshs15 billion. However, Kshs407 would be an increase of Kshs37 billion. So, if he listened to me, it was an opportunity for us to get more money for our counties. It was a report brought by the Committee where my good friend, Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale sits."
