    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support the Cash Disbursement Schedule for FY 2023/2024 that was presented by the Vice Chairperson of the Committee on Finance and Budget. I support this Schedule because it gives hope for timeliness in the disbursement of funds to our counties. As the Constitution spells out, we have 47 counties. The Constitution also clearly talks about two levels of government. It is stated that counties should receive not less than 50 per cent of the revenue that we get in the country."
