    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I wish to Second the Motion on maize subsidy. We did the inquiry and invited all the stakeholders involved in the subsidy. As you know, just before and after elections, the maize subsidy was a hot issue. This Government is now focused on production subsidy rather than consumer subsidy. We found a lot of challenges that resulted in us questioning whether there was value for money for this subsidy.
