    "content": " Thank you for this opportunity. I would have loved to contribute to the next Order. However, the issue of maize is still going on and it is a big issue which has not been resolved. The Government owes the small-scale millers over Ksh5 billion. This should be settled. These young millers are struggling because they got involved in agriculture to support the country in terms of food security. They should be paid. I support that. Thank you for this opportunity."
