"content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity to also say something on insecurity issues in the North Rift. I want to complain loudly that this issue is affecting counties in North Rift, especially Marakwet, Turkana and Pokot. I want to also register my complaint that as these leaders from Turkana talk about banditry or Pokots being bandits, that that is incitement. It is not in order because bandits are people who are unlawful, have no properties to lose and are thieves just like the robbers who are here in Nairobi. It is not good. It is not in order for Members from Turkana and my friend from Marakwet to say that all Pokots are bandits. People who kill others are law breakers."
