"content": "On that note, I want to ask the leaders that it is not only the Government and the Police or the guns that are going to bring security. As leaders, we need to sit down with our communities and talk to them about the need to coexist in peace. In some instances, it takes what the current Government of Somalia is doing in trying to fight Al Shaabab. It is all about engaging the local community because criminals live amongst the people. The criminals who carry out attacks in Turkana County or West Pokot are members of the communities living there. The leaders and the people know them.
