    "content": "I agree to some extent with Hon. Fatuma when she said the problem we have is that when people are getting killed by bandits, policemen do not take adequate action. For instance, we have had thieves in Nairobi killing people or committing robberies all over the place, and police take time to pick them out. They either kill them or present them before court.
