"content": "This Question was deferred during the last two sessions, owing to circumstances that were beyond our control. Secondly, I would like to appreciate him for the work that he is doing in the Ministry. In particular, I would like to appreciate the Cabinet Secretary for the support he gave to my school last Friday where he was the chief guest on a prize-giving day. The school is called Tenwek High School. I am an alumni of that school. Yesterday, the hon. Senator for Nyamira County asked the relevant committee - which I know the Cabinet Secretary will be expected at some point to respond to - the question being what is the infrastructure allocation to national schools, the policy and the justification across such infrastructure allocation. From my end, I am already a beneficiary of that---"
