    "content": "Part(c) of the Question says that there is minimal learning taking place in our Junior Secondary Schools. I have this to say. The Ministry has been implementing this since 2017 when the Government decided that we have to change our education system to align it with what is happening regionally and globally, and also to be able to make it competitive and to equip our young people with the necessary skills and competencies."
