Congratulations. In support of Sen. Wakili Sigei, I take you back to Question No.027. I think and believe that the Cabinet Secretary was not given the right picture of what transpired. Looking at the document you produced today, the Cabinet Secretary has shown that there is a payment of Kshs754 and shows the contractor was paid over Kshs30 million. That is something the Cabinet Secretary should have known. Again, there is the issue of performance bond, which the Cabinet Secretary was meant to mention. If you looked at yesterday’s paper, you saw that Sen. Chute has a scandal of Kshs2 billion."
