We have had a lot of confusion in the Competency Based Curriculum (CBC). I know that parents are now sure of where their children are going. I am the Senator for Tharaka-Nithi. I am about to ask you a question, which I am sure it is on your desk. This is to do with a number of primary schools that were burnt and demolished in 1996 in Ntoroni Location, Tharaka North Sub County. Your officers can put the names down. We have Machabeni Primary School, Karimba Primary School, Kiumbe Primary School, Mpungulu Primary School and Kanjoro Primary School. These schools were burnt down, but up to now we have not seen any activity to ensure that they resume. Several children were discontinued from going to school."
