    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is a reason why this House, in its wisdom, saw it fit to have a Committee on matters that touch on land and natural resources. If we can have a Committee of this nature and stand here to argue that the Committee cannot become seized of this matter and shed more light on this matter to this House, I do not understand what matter that would be so significant as to be referred to this Committee, if not this particular matter. We can also walk together by carrying on board through this crucial journey, the broadest possible spectrum of views, genuine concerns and interests in this matter, because they are many. We must also walk together by calming genuine fears and apprehensions and responding to fundamental issues that continue to fester on the ground, especially in that area."
