    "content": "Out of those, (a) on the prohibition of wearing religious attire like hijab and turbans is not effective. This is why I raised the Questions. I am not satisfied with the response. The Cabinet Secretary in his response said “the Ministry has not received any specific reports of violation at Kenya High and Alliance Girls’ High School”. I wrote to the CS after getting the allegations, which are a fact. That is discrimination. I am expecting a sort of action to follow your directive of 2022. There should maybe a letter that you have written to so many schools and their responses, showing feedback from the various schools. I am not satisfied with the response. In his response, the CS says, “I dispatched a team to investigate the matter.” That means that when I raised the Question sometime in July, 2023, by now after dispatching his team to the specific two schools, he should have got the response. Mr. Temporary Speaker Sir, I am not satisfied with the response."
