Given that we are talking about drought interventions in emergency situations, our problem is the fact that the answer came just now. We are ready to prosecute this matter because it is urgent. Tomorrow would be ideal. The Government should not require more time to specify a constituency or a county. This is information in the public domain unless this House is encouraging the Government to be thoroughly incompetent not to deliver on things that they can do in the next, say,12 hours."
