    "content": "This requires what I would call affirmative action. We have many teachers from Baringo in Turkana, Nakuru, North Eastern and other parts of the country. What affirmative action will the Cabinet Secretary put in place so that the teachers from Baringo who are willing, able and available to work in those insecure areas like in Baringo North, Baringo South and Tiaty are transferred there? You talk of having enough teachers, say, in Baringo, but there are about two, three and four schools which completely do not have teachers because of insecurity. That is the real challenge that we have in Baringo. What affirmative action do you have that can help Baringo have enough teachers in those areas, which are not secure?"
