    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity to comment about the report by the Chairperson of CPISFC. I thank the Senate for dividing the former County Public Accounts and Investments Committee. For the last many years, we have not had the Senate oversight the public investments, including the water companies, special funds such as the car and mortgage funds and so on. The formation of this Committee is something that we need to laud ourselves."
