    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir for giving me this opportunity to contribute to the Statement by the Chairman of the CPISFC. I thank the 12th Parliament, the 3rd Senate who in their wisdom split County Public Investment Committee from CPAIC. For the last nine years, CPAIC in the last Senate did not audit special funds and investments in the counties. That is why as a committee, we have a lot of backlog. We have dealt with about three financial years for close to 40 counties. Basically, we will be finishing by the close of this month of August."
