    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. Sen. Cheruiyot is my leader. I never want to interfere, especially when he is submitting on serious issues that define our relationship with the National Assembly. I empathise with his passion in submitting on this issue. However, is he in order to use the words “some idiot”? I understand the immense issue because we are not involved in issues of finances. There is no financial matter in this country that does not touch on counties. In any case, this House has got some of the soberest minds that can help the country think about budget issues and I support the passion. For the first time, I think the Senate Majority Leader is standing strong for this House to have a voice on financial matters. However, I urge that he withdraws the word “idiot” because it is non-parliamentary."
