From the onset, I support the Bill, but with reservation. Having listened to a number of contributions from colleagues, clearly this Bill will require some amendments. There are provisions in this Bill, which clearly violates the Constitution. For instance, when you make reference to the National Assembly under the Amendment 2 (d) that says that -"
