    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, this is a public House and the debate is live. Even those children at home are watching. I do not see any problem whatsoever with us discussing this issue. They are here to learn so that they can see what we go through or what we say in this House. Unless you have to order we even shut down live proceedings so that it becomes a Kamukunji . This is not a personal issue, it is a matter of public concern. It is a report of a Committee. I do not see the reason we should bar anybody from accessing this debate."
