The Committee wishes to also thank the Secretariat of the Senate for the necessary support. On behalf of the Committee of Powers and Privileges, I have the honor and pleasure to present the Report of the Committee of Powers and Privileges on the inquiry, of its own Motion, into the conduct of Sen. Gloria Orwoba, MP, and to establish if the conduct constituted a breach of Parliament privilege in the Senate. I thank you. I request Mr. Wamatinga to second the Motion."
