"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, what the Senate Minority Leader has brought before this House is what is called a dilatory Motion, which attempts to stop proceedings on a Motion that had procedurally been brought before the House. I invite you to look at Standing Order No.110 (3), which states as follows- “If the Speaker is of the opinion that a dilatory Motion is an abuse of the proceedings of the Senate, the Speaker may forthwith put the question thereon or decline to propose it.”"
