    "content": "I also want to say that as a House, we have also been tested. This is because this House sits to endorse the majoritarian element of our governance. The value that a Member of a county brings into our parliamentary arrangement in this country has more weight than the value that a Member of the National Assembly brings into the National Assembly. This is not because of any miniature element, but the representation that comes into this House recognises that there is some element of executive powers that have been devolved and decentralised to our counties for which we are asked to keep to account and to oversight."
