    "content": " Thank you for giving me this opportunity to support the Motion on development and implementation of a child-care programme for children whose parents are in lawful custody. It is unfortunate that parents in custody have children at home. When this happens and nothing had been put in place to ensure those kids are catered for, the children end up suffering.
