    "content": "This Motion is not one to be discussed and left here in Parliament. We request that the Committee involved visits prisons and get first-hand experiences of what these children go through. We are speaking about children living with their parents in prisons. Let alone those who are out here not knowing when their parents will get out of prisons. They are left wandering on the streets of Nairobi. You wonder why we have too many street children in all urban areas. It is because they have nowhere to go. They have no one to turn to. The Government must put up a programme for children of incarcerated parents."
