    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. From the outset, I want to thank the Member for Konoin who is also my neighbour for sponsoring it. Children are very vulnerable. The first thing that comes to my mind is about children taken in custody with their mothers. This really worries me because from the word go, they undergo a lot of problems.
