    "content": "I am also reminded that the United Nations (UN) has adopted 70 rules that give premier to women who are in custody. Those rules advise legislators, the legal system and the judiciary so that as they pass judgement against women, they remember that they fall into different categories of people. Therefore, they should give them lesser sentences or years in prison, so that they can get out as soon as possible and rejoin their families. I support the Motion.
