    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to ventilate on this very important Report. I am a member of the Committee. At the outset, I want to thank our Chairman, who has presented the Report well. I commend him, particularly on how he interrogated the issues when we were in the Committee. The management team of one institution appeared before us last week. We are taking some serious legal actions. We almost arrested that person.
