"content": "In this Report, it has been cited that the National Council for Nomadic Education (NACONEK) was unable to speak to the number of jobs given to youths, women and persons living with disabilities when it was called upon to do so. Instead, in their response which is in this Report, NACONEK said that they are now training staff on how to do public procurement and disposal. What a shame! Does this organisation deserve to exist yet it is serving very key people in the vulnerable community? This means that the Chief Executive Officer will simply play around with the persons he is serving. The way the Committee has brought it out, this Report is very good. We need to put the nail where it is supposed to be and call to order these organisations that are misbehaving in terms of management."
