    "content": "The recommendations in the Report are very friendly, yet the Report is weighty. The recommendations are not commensurate with the evils that have been mentioned therein. I want to appeal to this oversight Committee to re-look at the recommendations, so that they are commensurate with the evils that Government institutions are subjecting our people to. As Members of Parliament from the Government side, we want to make it clear that when it comes to oversight, there is nothing like “government”. If my people had not elected me to this House, the Government would not know who I am."
