    "content": "Finally, on the issue of ethnic and gender diversity, it is sad that some institutions do not reflect the face of Kenya. Those are the issues that we should be looking at. The bipartisan team should dwell on such issues rather than looking at issues that may be of no importance. This is the crux of the matter in this document. I come from Uasin Gishu County where the saga of scholarships to Finland, Canada and other countries is happening. If oversight was done, parents and students would not have encountered such problems."
