Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to also speak on the first Report of the Public Investment Committee on Education and Governance, which is chaired by Hon. Wamboka. Most people normally think that ‘monos’ cannot come up with a report. This Report has been well done. I congratulate Hon. Wamboka and his Committee Members for the good work they have done. They have handled several Government bodies and institutions and come up with a very good Report, which we are now discussing."
