    "content": "Finally, on inclusivity, there were grave issues of organisations employing people from one or two communities at the expense of the rest of Kenyans. We have the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC). Can they please act on these organisations? I do not think this is a difficult thing to do. In line with requirements, they should ensure that no single community should be beyond 30 per cent of the total."
