    "content": "Future recommendations will give specific action to be taken against the various accounting officers who are found in breach of Articles of the Constitution, the PFM Act and relevant laws that govern this country. That way, every accounting officer will know that the Public Investments Committee on Governance and Education is watching. Parliament is watching. The Legislative Arm is watching. Going forward, the Committee has ordered various enquiries into matters it feels require in-depth investigations. This will zero down on the specific matters at hand; specific violations. Therefore, the Committee pronounces itself on specific actions against relevant accounting officers."
