First, allow me to congratulate the Cabinet Secretary, the honorable ranking Member of this House – I believe his ranking status is still active – for executing the Questions of the day in a very well-informed manner. I want Hon. Bare Duale to tell us what the deliverables of the forces are when they go on such missions. How do they measure deliverables in comparison with our expectations as a country? That is what my colleague, Hon. Ruku, has asked. What are our gains when we send troops to those countries? How do we benefit as Kenya?
