For a long time, one division has never been counted during recruitment. It is included as Kabartonjo, yet we have Saimo Soi Division with a County Deputy Commissioner. Regarding recruitment, for the past many years, Saimo Soi Division, which borders Lake Baringo, has not had an opportunity to get a single person to be recruited into the military.
