    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I want to join the rest of the Members of this House to thank the Cabinet Secretary for Defence for being available. Whenever you look for him in his office, he is readily available. Cabinet Secretary, we have had incidents where people encountered explosives in areas where the military had trained. Sometimes civilians or even children playing there are injured by landmines. How are they compensated? What measures do you take to ensure that those families are compensated too? Thank you."
