    "content": "Hon. Temporary Speaker, my other question is on the socio-political variables in the recruitment of KDF personnel. Suna West recruitment is not going to be done at the sub-county headquarters. The sub-county headquarters is in Piny Oyie but the recruitment is going to be done in Bondo. I have written several letters, even in the 12th Parliament, to change to the headquarters. Secondly, Suna West Constituency is a cosmopolitan area with many sub-clans like the Wanyara, the Wanje and the Kamng’ungu even within the main tribes. None of these sub-clans has one of their own serving in the KDF. As the Ministry looks into the socio-political variable, it also needs to consider such a sub-county so that every clan can boast of having even one KDF officer. This is the pride of every clan."
