    "content": " Hon. Temporary Speaker, the essence of my Amendment is to put to an end the suffering that many Kenyans have gone through. I persuade the House that when an individual contributes to a pension scheme, that money does not belong to the pension scheme but to the member. After that member has retired and the pension has matured, it is not a favour that the pension scheme does to that individual. It is their right. Delaying to release their pension for years is not only uncouth but also ungodly and unconstitutional."
