He said that success is measured by personal growth before you are a leader. However, when you become a leader, success is about growing others. Pursuant to Standing Order 43, I wish to make a statement on the International Youth Week 2023, which will culminate in the commemoration of the International Youth Day on Saturday, 12th August 2023. The International Youth Day is celebrated every year on the 12th August.
