    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker. I would like to thank Members who have ably contributed to the debate on this Motion. It has been very constructive and enlightening. I would also like to thank the Members of the Committee on Delegated Legislation who have been participating very efficiently and effectively in the work of the Committee. We have dealt with many Regulations in the Committee. If it were not for the commitment of the Members of the Committee, we would have been overwhelmed. Hon. Temporary Speaker, I would like to assure you that these Regulations meet all the parameters as contained in the Statutory Instruments Act. Therefore, I beg to reply."
